Antenatal Course – in person at Cotteridge Friends Meeting House

In this Antenatal Course we guide you in planning for a positive postpartum experience. Join volunteers Ellie and Brianna at this friendly course to help you feel ready and prepared for those early weeks with your new baby.

This course is over 2 sessions:

Session 1 – Preparing to Feed your Baby Workshop with free stretchy wrap hire and a live demonstration of how to use your wrap.

Session 2 – Create a Postnatal Plan with your free Perinatal Planner and explore your postnatal body, mind and support network.

Who is this course for?

All pregnant women and other birthing people, along with their partners/supporters, who are able to get to the venue in South Birmingham.
